For individuals with questions regarding income tax return filings and payments, they can email taxhelp@marylandtaxes.gov For taxpayers who are currently on payment plans for tax payments and who are having hardship making those payments, they can email an employee in our Individual Collections Section at CDCOLLECTIONIND@marylandtaxes.gov NEW* EITC Assistant The EITC Assistant is a calculator that will help a taxpayer determine if they are eligible for the state Earned Income Tax Credit. This assistant will walk taxpayers through Adjusted Gross Income (AGI), dependents, and general information to determine eligibility. The assistant is available in both English and Spanish.
