Comptroller Franchot will speak on Wednesday at a grand reopening ceremony and ribbon cutting of FLAVORx in Columbia. Founded in 1995 by a father desperate to help his daughter take needed, but bad-tasting medication, FLAVORx has developed safe and fun products that has flavored more than 100 million prescriptions at 46,000 pharmacies throughout the United States and abroad.

The event also will celebrate the relocation last year of sister company, Fillmaster Systems, to Maryland from California, as well as the overall growth of the company in recent months.
