Comptroller To Visit Festivals Sunday in Frederick and Takoma Park

Family-friendly events feature food, music, art and activities

WHAT:

Mr. Franchot will attend the Frederick Fall Festival at Rose Hill Manor Park and Museum on Sunday. In its 36th year, this family-friendly event offers an array of hands-on activities for children and fun events for adults, including a tractor pull, hay ride and cake auction.

Afterwards, the Comptroller will swing by the Takoma Park Street Festival to sample cuisine from food vendors, browse craft displays and listen to local musicians. This annual event, sponsored by Main Street Takoma, promotes the vibrant mixture of art, food and culture that exists in Takoma Park.
